Commissions Process

Here’s how we can work together to bring your unique work of art to life:

  • Once we agree on a subject, medium, size, and price, I will send you a commission agreement with the final quote.

  • A deposit is required to start the commission.

  • I will start working on studies for you to review and select once the deposit is received.

  • I’ll begin working on the full-scale commission once the final study has your approval.

  • If you’re located nearby, we can arrange a photo shoot for reference photos and discuss further details of the artwork.

  • Alternatively, we can review photos you already have available via email to create the artwork.

  • The remaining balance of the quoted price (plus taxes and shipping) are paid upon completion and approval of the finished piece.

  • Shipping is included in the final price of the artwork.
