Commissions Process
Here’s how we can work together to bring your unique work of art to life:
Once we agree on a subject, medium, size, and price, I will send you a commission agreement with the final quote. A deposit is required to start the commission.
I will start working on studies for you to review and select once the deposit is received. I’ll begin working on the full-scale commission once the final study has your approval.
If you’re located nearby, we can arrange a photo shoot for reference photos and discuss further details of the artwork.
Alternately, if distance is an issue, we can review photos you may have available to create the artwork.
The remaining balance of the quoted price (plus taxes and shipping) are paid upon completion and approval of the finished piece. Shipping is included in the final price of the artwork.
Payment plans are available to suit your budget.

Most commissions take 6-8 weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on size and medium. Larger-scale, complex commissions may take up to six months to complete. I'll give you a specific timeline with your quote.
